One of the marketing stunts that Warner Bros. did for the release of the film was they would place suitcases (that looked similar to the one of the main character) around in locations and the public would be able to take images with it.

There was also a special film poster that was revealed at San Diego Comic Con. The main cast members and some of the producers were on the panel for the film, in which they asked questions and talked about the movie.

Plot: In England, retired Royal Marine Harry Brown spends his lonely life between the hospital, where his beloved wife Kath is terminally ill, and playing chess with his only friend Leonard Attwell in the Barge pub owned by Sid Rourke.
